Backpack manufacturing program

As the factory behind the catalog — BSCI-certified, 30,000+ m², 500+ workers and 50+ automated production lines — we build custom backpacks for laptop, student, travel and outdoor programs. MOQ: 500 pcs for basic and embroidered builds, 1,000 pcs for special fabrics. Bulk production runs 15–20 days; orders above 10,000 pcs or with complex structures 25–30 days.

Laptop compartments & sizing

Standard padded laptop compartments: 13″ (30×22×8 cm), 15″ (35×25×10 cm) and 17″ (40×30×12 cm). Capacity guide: 10–20 L daypacks, 20–35 L commute and student packs, 35 L+ travel and carry-on — IATA cabin size reference 40×30×20 cm.

Materials & logo

Fabric options: polyester (190T–1200D), nylon 110–280 g/m², oxford, canvas 8–15 oz and rPET for recycled lines. Waterproof builds: PU/PVC coating 3,000 mm+, TPU lamination 10,000 mm+, heat-welded seams with waterproof zippers. Pantone matching ΔE ≤ 2.0. Canvas and heavy-cotton builds also live on the canvas bags shelf.
